Key Responsibilities: The candidate will be responsible for developing applications and supporting businesses within Praxair and its affiliates. Responsibilities include understanding client requirements and translating them into usable software platforms. Troubleshooting and debugging of existing applications. Creating wire frames and mock-ups of application architectures. Developing technical documentation and modeling system diagrams for end users. Developing and debugging integrations with existing applications across multiple platforms. Developing state of the art code to create high performance and secure software for use within Praxair's businesses.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
Proven experience as an application developer
Application development for Android OS
JSON, REST, XML and other data interchange formats
.NET Framework
C#, Java
HTML, CSS, Javascript
ASP.NET
SQL/Oracle
Understanding of software design and programming principles
Problem solving skills and analytical thinking
Team player with good communication skills
Preferred:
Master's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
Microsoft Biztalk experience a plus
SSIS, SSRS experience
Mobile application development. Xamarin experience a plus
Agile programming experience

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
