Sales Manager

Stanton Optical and My Eyelab Sales Managers support General Managers with sales generation, operations, and human resource functions of the store to ensure maximum profitability and compliance with Company procedures.
Sales Managers are responsible for supervising and executing Corporate plans and actions, creating a positive team atmosphere and increasing sales by utilizing Stanton Optical's and My Eye Lab's "Sales Process.
" Responsibilities:
Meets and exceeds individual daily, weekly, and monthly revenue goals while maintaining excellent customer service.
Trains and develops sales associates.
Serves as a leader on the sales floor.
Follows up with customers, resolves customer issues, and increases customer satisfaction.
Recruits, interviews, hires, and promotes outstanding associates.
Models customer service, and promotes sales whenever interacting with customers and associates.
Exercises discretion and independent judgment through price negotiation and/or walk-out pricing to close all store sales.
Communicates and executes Stanton Optical, My Eyelab, and all related entities' standards and directives to staff.
Ensures adherence to all Company policies and procedures by associates.
Assumes responsibility for other duties as developed.
High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of retail management and customer service experience in a high volume/fast paced retail environment.
Previous optical experience is a plus.
Strong sales skills with a track record of exceeding sales goals.
Knowledge of retail systems, HR practices, and retail operations.
Ability to spend most of the day on your feet.
Flexibility/ability to work any open store hours.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Eligibility to work in the United States.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
