Filling (Line) Operator/Machine Operator
Filling Line Operator needed for a company located in Tonawanda.
Shifts Available:
1st:
Time: 2:30PM -- 6:45PM
Days: Tuesday
Time: 6:30AM -- 6:45PM
Days: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
2nd:
Time: 6:30PM -- 6:45AM
Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Time: 6:30PM -- 10:30PM
Days: Friday
Overtime mandatory when available.
Requirements:
1) Ability to read, understand and follow all cGMP and SOP procedures and documentation.
2) Ability to lead a small group of individuals to accomplish the goals set forth by management.
3) Ability to operate tube filling equipment
4) 1 year of experience in any manufacturing setting
Job Duties:
1) Make mechanical adjustments.
2) Operate machinery.
3) Change codes on tube fillers / cartoners.
4) Hook up pumps to portable tanks and hoppers.
5) Perform all quality and weight checks.
6) Fill out daily production report.
7) Perform washouts and assemblies on filling equipment
8) Ability to troubleshoot problems and determine how the issue should be addressed.
9) Verify components being used during production run using work orders.
10) Perform preventive maintenance
Pay is based on experienceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
