SUMMARY
Multi-task sales position with primary focus of executing the Assigned Channel Marketing Plan.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Achieve sales volume to plan or higher in assigned territory.
Achieve financial contribution to plan or higher in assigned territory.
Merchandise stores by building displays, stocking shelves and coolers, consolidating back rooms, properly rotating product, removing out of date product, following brand order, utilizing P.O.S., ensuring product accessibility, and maintaining safety standards
Hands on training and information flow to merchandisers/route pullers including days off coverage
Control expenses; merchandising, breakage, out of date code.
Maintain and grow linear footage in all accounts.
Develop new business (new account calls).
Place all equipment and displays in high visibility areas and place incremental equipment.
Develop and/or maintain rapport with key store personnel.
Monitor competitive activity and report findings to Field Supervisor
Verify ad activity
Ensure distribution of all authorized items
Conduct business review with store personnel
Maintain the appearance of company vehicle and company equipment
Monitor profitability of customer to the company
Attend Monthly safety meetings
Adhere to company dress code
Promotes innovation and creativity within the organization
Follows all safety policies and procedures in compliance with all local, state and federal safety regulatory agencies.

QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING SKILLS Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Valid New York State drivers license.
