SUMMARY
To obtain new cold drink accounts while improving volume and profitability within existing account base. Upgrade equipment and follow up on low volume accounts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Duties may be changed and Supervisor may assign other duties.
New business development - Responsible for executing and closing sales calls
Responsible for increasing volume in all Cold Drink accounts (to include Full Service) within a designated geographical territory (except youth & third party)
Setting up new accounts to include: setting coolers, providing POS, and completing all paperwork
Create innovate and exciting sales programs to be communicated and implemented in the cold drink market.
Gather competitive information and communicate information to Manager.
Creating yearly plan and update plan results monthly (target accounts, CMA accounts, etc.)
Analyze and communicate sales and profitability reports to customers
Develop positive working relationships with customers.
Maintain and update Survey Forms, Customer Review forms and Daily log on a daily basis.
Must be able to effectively plan & organize daily activities, route day efficiently and provide results.
Target key special event accounts and take lead role on special events that exist within geographic territory
To work in cooperation with and support: Tel-Sell Representatives, Full Service, Service Manager, TSR and CCNA Fountain Representative.
Analyze Cold Drink Market for Strategic equipment placement and remove any assets that are not meeting minimum standards.
CMA implementation, yearly checks & MM results and updating spreadsheets
Vacation coverage of TSR within territory and other BDR's when needed
Uphold all Coca-Cola merchandising standards/asset management.
Promotes Innovation and Creativity throughout the organization.
May be required to make product deliveries to customers.
Fluent in computer programs, especially PowerPoint, Margin Minder, Excel, Word and Lotus Notes.
Follows all safety policies and procedures in compliance with all local, state and federal safety regulatory agencies.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelors Degree (B.A.) or equivalent to one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages and volume.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
