Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a Legal Assistant.
As a Legal Assistant, you will provide essential support to our legal team in various administrative and research tasks.

Duties:
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, such as contracts, briefs, and pleadings - Conduct legal research using various resources and databases - Review and analyze documents for accuracy and completeness - Organize and maintain case files and document management systems - Schedule appointments, meetings, and court appearances - Prepare correspondence and communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel - Proofread legal documents for errors and inconsistencies - Provide general administrative support to the legal team
Experience:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills -Experience with word processing systems - Familiarity with document management systems is a plus - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Skills:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
