Our receptionists set the first impression with our clients and patients; therefore, applicants must be friendly, professional, and courteous, and must love clients and their pets! This position will generally be scheduled around 12-15 hours per week with potential for more to cover time off.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and stays calm during stressful situations.
We are looking for someone who has at least the following availability:
Tuesday- Noon-close Friday-open to close Our receptionists are responsible for managing phone lines, checking patients in and out for appointments, processing payments, scheduling appointments and much more! Apply today! Reception/front desk experience, highly preferred.
