Work areas Tonawanda/Kenmore/Grand Island.
This job would include but is not limited to the following Lawn Cutting (Team and Solo position available) ----Wright standers for Commercial Property's ----Walker brand zero turns for residential Landscape maintenance / installation and removal Planting/mulching Topsoil/stone work and all other aspects of landscape and outdoor contracting Snowplowing/Salting We are interested in someone that has at least minimal experience however the positions are trainable for someone that has a solid working back ground with good job references from other fields of work related to contracting.
Must be/have 18 years of age
(unless working papers are in order) Valid Drivers license (we background check) Good work ethic and able to lift 60
lbs Able to work in a professional manner and respect co workers Willing to learn the trade/position to progress Good attitude and ability to take constructive criticism and move forward.

00 per hour Wages are fully dependent on skill and past work history.
Keep in mind these are starting wages and we pay on a progressive knowledge scale not time based.
If you learn it and do it well (consistently) pay increases accordingly.
For example:

50=No experience in the field but some job history in other fields of work.
17.
50-18.
50= Some experience in either lawn/landscape but more training needed.
Referral may be needed.
19.
50-20.
50= Fully experienced in lawn cutting commercially and residentially with knowledge of mowers used with our company(or similar).
Also Basic landscape knowledge (cleanups/mulching/shrub trimming etc) referral needed to confirm.
21+=Multiple years of experience.
Referral is a must.
Fully trained on Lawn cutting commercial and residential.
Well versed in multiple aspects on landscape including basic knowledge in previous tier.
