Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
This role is pivotal in delivering outstanding customer support while requiring strong communication skills and effective problem solving abilities.
The ideal candidate is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and excels in promoting our products to drive sales.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant customer service and/or sales experience in an office or call-center environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to read, write , comprehend and communicate in Spanish Must be able to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English Understanding of Customer Experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
Strong listening and telephone skills; ability to manage stressful situations appropriately.
Team player with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Scheduling flexibility - evening and weekend hours are required, as well as seasonal overtime.
Excellent attendance record.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Process orders, credit notes, complaints, and other requests.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, actively identifying sales opportunities.
Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
Promote and upsell products to meet customer needs.
Resolve issues and troubleshoot.
Identify and escalate priority issues.
Collaborate with other departments.
Project a professional, enthusiastic, and friendly demeanor.
Participate in projects as required.
Read, understand, and apply all procedures related to your role and all communications from your manager/leads.
Develop a detailed understanding of company products.
Research required information using available resources.
Suggest new and better ways to improve systems, procedures, and customer relations.
Complete required daily tasks within the department.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Skills:
Sales experience.
Experience with Amazon, eBay or Walmart marketplaces a plus.
Prior experience with Oracle NetSuite a plus.
