Green Acres Veterinary Center is seeking an exceptional Client Services Representative to join our team! Do you want to work for a state of the art, AAHA accredited veterinary facility? There is plenty of room to learn and grow at this well-established, 24 hour busy emergency facility! An Overnight Client Services Representative will act as a liaison, provide information and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.
The best CSR's are genuinely excited to help customers - not because they have to but because they WANT to.
They're patient, empathetic and passionately communicative.
Client Services Representatives can put themselves in their clients' shoes and advocate for them when necessary.
An ideal CSR must be professional, compassionate and motivated.
Effective communication is key for this position as you will be interacting with clients and team members.
Green Acres Veterinary Center is a 24-hour emergency hospital, so every day may be different! Since we never close, we can work to provide a flexible schedule.

Being an overnight position, we ask for availability between 7/8 PM - 7/8 AM.
Our goal at Green Acres is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
A love for animals is important as we all care for our patients like they're our own.
Typical tasks include, but are not limited to:
Providing excellent customer services through all interactions with clients and patients Answering multiple phone lines Scheduling appointments Checking patients in/out General use of office equipment Coordinating the flow of pets and owners in the lobby Ability to learn basic veterinary medicine terminology and standards of care Becoming familiar with retail products, medications, vaccinations, etc.
Handling incoming emergency check-ins/in-take of critical patients Recommending wellness services and preventative products Resolving custom conflict and informal client complaints Physical Demands:
Frequently required to bend, stand, lift for extended periods of time Will occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds Job Types:
