Responsible for opening boxes and processing and disinfecting dental impressions through to productions. Packs orthodontic appliances to process shipments. Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Opens and disinfects incoming mail. Dates to meet doctor's requirements. Packs orthodontic appliances and preps for shipping weighing between 2-5 lbs. Prepares foreign cases for shipment. Fills head gear orders. Performs telephone and basic computer work as required. Runs credit card orders and performs telephone and basic computer work as required. Performs various housekeeping tasks such as sweeping, emptying garbage. Stocks department inventory. May assist in lab production as needed. Education and/or
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum Requirement for this Job:
Demonstrate has basic math skills (add, subtract, multiple & divide) Basic computer skills Good telephone communication skills Previous shipping & receiving experience preferred Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written and oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in standardized situations. Ability to review data, draw conclusions and make suggestions based on data.
