We are currently seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our dynamic Finance team.
As our Accounting Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our financial health by managing financial transactions, reconciling bank statements, and conducting internal audits.
This full-time permanent position offers a fantastic opportunity to delve into the world of finance and contribute to the company's financial growth and stability.
Responsibilities:
1.
Manage both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
2.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, highlighting any significant issues that may require attention.
3.
Conduct regular financial audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
4.
Reconcile bank statements and ledgers, ensuring accuracy and consistency in financial data.
5.
Collaborate with other finance team members to improve financial processes and systems.
6.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
7.
Address and resolve financial discrepancies and irregularities.
8.
Provide support to the finance team in budget preparation and financial planning.
Qualifications:
1.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
3.
Proficiency in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and financial reporting.
4.
Strong knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
5.
Proficient with accounting software and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
6.
Excellent numerical skills with an attention to detail.
7.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
9.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
