Summary:
The JD Edwards support analyst's main day-day function is to manage the purchase to pay life cycle, for our Corporate IT business unit.
This person is a key point of contact for issues within the purchasing process and we need someone to not only be able to troubleshoot the issue but have a forward-thinking lens as well, to avoid future issues.
Our team strives to create efficiency in every task we complete, this candidate will be expected to exude the same behavior.
This support role reaches more people in the organization than many, frequently with senior management.
This candidate must enjoy frequent interaction.
Every day looks different within the position and the chosen candidate must be able to adapt.
Additional
Responsibilities:
- Manage the IT purchasing process from beginning to end.
This includes requisition entry, blanket releases, ensuring the purchase order is generated, that the invoice is paid, and any necessary communication along with way.
- Lead issue resolution for anything that may arise within the purchasing process.
Including the identification of the root cause and training the users to avoid future issues.
- Maintain approval hierarchy for multiple business units.
- Owner of JDE access requests and the process behind this set up.
- Provide system support and set up for UDC's, payment terms, order activity rules, time entry and non-stock items.
- Participate in and lead the business in any system testing in relation to the supported processes.
Qualifications:
- JDE experience required, preferably within the Procurement/AP modules.
- Skilled with both verbal and written communication for all levels of the organization.
- Works in a proactive manner.
A self-starter who approaches his/her work with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to interact with all levels including senior management.
Ability to multi-task and thrives in an environment where Job Types:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
