We are seeking a hard-working, reliable and detail-oriented seasonal assistant to our Support Services Manager.
This job will include constant communication between managers, field employees and the home office.
Candidates must be willing to meet and exceed management expectations in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time, in-person position (up to 40 hours per week) at our office located in downtown Buffalo, NY.
The Pre-Job Production Assistant will work closely the Support Services Manager to ensure all data and photo day supplies are accurately prepared in advance of each visit.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Creates digital photography jobs in system to allow for images, orders and marketing Receives student/Staff data and edits/manipulates to work within system Releases email marketing based on job type and program Tracks and updates School data in CRM (enrollment, etc.
) Imports data into digital photography jobs Updates data in digital photography jobs as needed Tracks progress and task completion in CRM Monitors CRM queues to ensure all tasks are completed on-time Coordinates printing and shipment of all job supplies from main office Other tasks as assigned EXPECTATIONS:
During regular business hours you are to be reachable by phone or by email.
All emails and voicemails will be responded to within 24 hours.
All changes and modifications of procedures need to be documented and communicated with the Support Services Manager.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills Above average organizational skills Ability to follow-up Strong time-management skills and multi-tasking ability Must have outstanding attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
