United Auto Supply is a family-owned business that operates over 30 locations in the Northeast.
We are looking for a Dispatch Manager that can lead employees and meet delivery deadlines.
Experience, Skills and Abilities for Dispatch Manager:
Prior Dispatch and Warehouse experience is preferred.
Strong computer skills Leadership skills Strong customer service skills Prior experience overseeing employees.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities for Dispatch Manager:
Oversee employees while enforcing safe driving policies.
Responsible for hiring, training, and terminating employees.
Handle Driver schedule weekly Capable of opening and closing the store front Ensure deliveries go out in a timely manner Excellent Communicating skills to collaborate with Driving staff.
Communicate with customers regarding deliveries Additional responsibilities may include handling cash outs, bank deposits, etc.
Must be comfortable with being on feet all day in fast-paced environment.
