About the Role:
As Construction Project Administrator you will play an integral part in successful project delivery.
To achieve this success, you will carry out the following
Responsibilities:
Procurement & Bid Process Management Distribute Request for Quotes, coordinate responses to subcontractors' inquiries, track incoming bids, and participate in subcontractor selection Track shipments of incoming materials and equipment to ensure accuracy Assist in creating site logistics plan and delivery coordination Document Control Process and distribute submittals and requests for information Maintain conformed set of project documents Electronic document management and filling Contract Management Generate purchase orders Administer subcontracts and insurances Process change orders Dispatch and monitor owner and subcontractor pay requisitions Project Communication Distribute daily and monthly reports Attend project and design meetings and document Minimum requirements:
Qualified candidates must have an Associates (2 year degree) or equivalent experience Minimum of 6 months in construction or related industry, solar construction experience is a plus but not required Willingness to learn and to take initiative Organized and detail oriented Comfort in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office programs.
