As a Handy Man, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment - Identify and troubleshoot issues related to plumbing, electrical , flooring ,interior/exterior painting, wood work, doors/windows, hardscaping, and general maintenance - Perform repairs and maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, and drywall repair - Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment - Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies - Collaborate with other team members to complete projects in a timely manner - Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role - Strong knowledge of various maintenance and repair techniques - Proficient in using hand and power tools - Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals - Excellent problem-solving skills - Detail-oriented with good time management skills Skills:
- Plumbing repairs and installations - Electrical repairs and installations - Carpentry skills including framing, drywall repair, and cabinetry - Painting skills including surface preparation and finishing techniques - Knowledge of doors and windows - willing to learn If you are a self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, we encourage you to apply for this position.
